It has come to our attention from others in our industry that scammers are using credible and reputable companies to scam other businesses. The scammers masquerade themselves as the reputable company, issuing RFQs for a variety of products. They con the other businesses by issuing a bogus purchase order and then having the product shipped to a random warehouse. Then the product is never paid for and it disappears. Be aware of who you are dealing with. One such scammer has used the name Jack Stone and Stone Harbor Wilderness Supply. We don’t know these people. nor do we want to. Please do your due diligence.
